Repair costs are estimates. Damage, exchange rates and shipping schedules may affect the final amount.

Where do I start?

What types of vehicles can you import?
We import petrol and diesel cars, electric vehicles and hybrids, as well as oversized vehicles. Send us the model or auction link so we can discuss shipping and the import cost.
Is a US import always cheaper?
No. It depends on the purchase price, fees, shipping, taxes and repairs. We compare the full estimate with similar cars in Poland.
Does checking the history rule out every risk?
No. Reports, photos and documents help assess the car but do not replace a full technical inspection. We explain the available information and identified risks.
How long does shipping take?
Container consolidation takes place within a week. This is one stage of shipping — the total delivery time also depends on auction collection, vehicle location, the sailing and customs clearance. We discuss the schedule before purchase.
Will the car arrive ready to drive?
That depends on its condition. It may need repairs, adaptation to European requirements and registration.
What about deposits and cancellation?
Deposits, payments and cancellation are governed by your contract and the auction terms. We explain them before bidding.

How do we use your details?
We use your details to respond and prepare an offer. The controller is Rolf Import Oleh Palamar, tax ID 9571124651. Your enquiry reaches our team through Telegram and our customer management system. Providing details is voluntary; your name and phone number are needed to respond. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.
For access, correction, deletion or restriction requests, email contact@rolfimport.pl. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, UODO. Offer enquiries are handled to take steps before a contract; other correspondence is based on a legitimate interest in responding. Details are retained while handling your enquiry and afterwards as required by law and for protecting claims.
